Rockhurst breezes to 18-5 win at Benedictine

Box Score Hannah Miller scored nine points to lead Rockhurst to an 18-5 victory over Benedictine Thursday night in Atchison, Kansas.

Miller led the Hawks with four goals, five assists, three ground balls and two caused turnovers. She scored all four of her goals and assisted on two goals in the first half to give the Hawks a 10-3 halftime lead.

Shayna Stevens tallied four points on three goals and one assist. Maddi Scheipeter and Clare Goessling each scored three goals. Hanna Meek posted seven draw controls, four ground balls and two caused turnovers.

Tessa Boots collected one goal, one assist, two ground balls and two caused turnovers. Bunga Spencer had three draw controls, two ground balls and two caused turnovers. Leena Nabulsi posted 12 saves.

The Hawks (7-4, 3-3 RMAC) return to conference play at Lindenwood on March 31.
