Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 | Box Score 3 Rockhurst scored runs in each of the first four innings on the way to a 10-5 victory over McKendree Saturday at Loyola Park.

Seth Soto and Jeremy Lufft combined for six hits and four RBIs to lead the 12-hit attack. Soto doubled home two runs in the first inning. Lufft keyed a four-run sixth inning with a two-run double.

Henry Weiler drove in three runs and David Stober collected two hits. Michael Lydon-Lorson (4-0) allowed four runs on nine hits over 6.0 innings.

The Hawks suffered an 8-1 loss to Northwest Missouri State at home on Saturday. Brett Marr led Rockhurst with two hits. On Sunday, the Hawks fell at Northwest Missouri, 6-1. Henry Weiler and Marr each had two hits.

Rockhurst (12-8) will open the conference season at William Jewell on Saturday (March 25).
