The Rockhurst men's golf team finished in fifth place at the Lindenwood Invitational Tuesday at the Missouri Bluff Golf Course in St. Charles, Mo. The Hawks shot a team score of 932 over 54 holes. Indian Hills Community College won the team title with an 868 team score.
Nick Arman led the Hawks with a third-place finish with a 219 score. He shot a 72 in the first round, a 72 in the second round and a 75 in the final round.
Scott Schaeffer tied for 12th with a 228 score (79-70-79). Freshman
Alex Graf tied for 33rd with a 243 score (77-84-82).
Drew Hill came in 40th at 246 (80-78-88) and freshmen Mike Silberberg placed 45th with a 251 total (81-86-84).
The Hawks will next play in the Midwest Regional at the Purgatory Golf Club in Noblesville, Indiana, on April 10-11.
