The Rockhurst men's golf team finished in third place out of 10 teams at the Holiday Inn Express Invitational Tuesday at the St. Joseph Country Club in St. Joseph, Missouri.

The Hawks shot a 288 in the final round after opening with a 302 in the first round to finish with a 36-hole score of 590.

Kingston Solomon finished fifth individually to lead Rockhurst. Solomon shot a 67 in the final round to finish with a 144 over 36 holes. He made four birdies and eagled the par-five 17th hole in the final round.

Mike Wolski tied for eighth place at 146 (73-73). Adam Challoner tied for 11th at 148 (74-74). Jack Winkler tied for 27th at 152 (78-74).
