Arman selected for NCAA Super Regional

Nick Arman will compete in the NCAA Division II Super Regional May 2-4 in Allendale, Michigan.

Rockhurst's Nick Arman is one of eight individual golfers selected to participate at the NCAA Division II Central/Midwest Men's Golf Super Regional May 2-4 in Allendale, Michigan.

 

Arman will be competing in his third NCAA Super Regional in four years. He will play 54 holes over three consecutive days at The Meadows. The top five teams and the top two individual golfers not with a team from the Central/Midwest Super Regional will advance to the NCAA Division II finals May 17-21 at Green Valley Ranch in Denver, Colorado.

The senior from St. Louis is averaging 74.68 strokes per round over 22 rounds in 10 tournaments in the fall and spring seasons. He led the Hawks in eight of their 10 tournaments, posting seven top 20s and four top 10s.

Arman won medalist honors at the Dan Salisbury Memorial Collegiate last fall with a 36-hole score of 145 (76-69). He also finished third at the Lindenwood Invitational and fourth at the Illinois Springfield Invitational this spring. Arman finished seventh last week at the Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship in Springfield, Illinois, with a 54-hole score of 216 (72-72-72). He posted 41 pars, one eagle, five birdies and seven bogeys at the GLVC tourney.
