Box Score Rockhurst suffered an 11-3 loss to Fort Lewis in a rain-soaked Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference game Tuesday at Bourke Field.

Fort Lewis scored two goals in the first five minutes and led 7-0 at halftime. The Skyhawks scored the first two goals in the second half to take a 9-0 lead.

Hannah Weisbrod scored Rockhurst's first goal with 12:07 left in the game. Tierney Buschbacher found the nets five minutes later off a pass from Weisbrod. Shayna Stevens wrapped up the scoring in the final minute for the Hawks.

Fort Lewis (3-1, 1-1 RMAC) outshot the Hawks 25-14. Weisbrod paced the Hawks with five shots and five caused turnovers. Stevens added three shots. Tessa Boots collected a team-high three ground balls. Kathy Perkins posted 10 saves for Rockhurst.

The Hawks (2-4, 0-2 RMAC) host Midland on Saturday, March 12.
