Box Score 2 The Rockhurst offense continued to struggle on Sunday afternoon at Drury. The Panthers held the Hawks to one run on 12 hits in completing a four-game sweep over Rockhurst in Springfield, Mo.
The Hawks were shut out 4-0 in the first game while being limited to six hits.
Brett Marr went 2-for-3 at the plate.
Michael Lydon-Lorson (5-4) allowed four runs on eight hits over 6.0 innings.
Drury posted 12 hits in a 6-1 victory in the second game.
Jake Jones collected a run-scoring single in the second inning. Jones reached base three times on a single and two walks.
Andrew Ellwanger (1-3) allowed four runs on nine hits over 5.1 innings.
Rockhurst, 19-27 and 10-20 in the GLVC, will close out its season at home against Missouri S&T on May 2 and 3.
