Box Score Five Saint Louis pitchers held Rockhurst to three hits in shutting out the Hawks 3-0 Wednesday night at Billiken Sports Center on the Saint Louis University campus.

The Billikens scored two runs in the fourth and added another run in the fifth to win their 24th game of the season. Rockhurst starter Andrew Ellwanger (0-2) allowed three runs on seven hits over 6.0 innings while striking out three. Freshman Miles Kilgore gave up one hit over the final two innings.

Jake Jones paced the Hawks with two hits. The senior catcher singled in the fourth and ninth innings. Calin McCourt led off the game with a single for Rockhurst.

Rockhurst, 17-22, will host Missouri-St. Louis in a pair of doubleheaders on April 18 and 19.
