The Quincy women won the last singles match of the night to edge Rockhurst 5-4 Friday at the Loyola Park Tennis Courts. QU's Morgan McGinnis defeated RU's Maddy Kayser in three sets in the No. 6 singles match to give Quincy the team victory.
 
Quincy jumped out to an early lead by taking two of the three doubles matches. The Hawks won No. 2 doubles with Ana Tamara Santos and Fabi Juarez by an 8-6 score.
 
Fabi Juarez captured No. 2 singles in two sets, Alex Schelble won in No. 4 singles in two sets and Kim Vrugeteveen grabbed No. 5 singles in straight sets. 

The Hawks (7-10, 1-3 GLVC) host Missouri-St. Louis on Saturday, April 11.
