Box Score Rockhurst improved its record to 4-0 with a 10-8 victory over Missouri Valley Friday night in Marshall, Mo. The Hawks led 6-2 at halftime and saw their lead cut to 8-7 early in the fourth period.

Freshman Patrick Haviland led the Hawks with three goals and an assist. Michael Beckham and Aaron Horvat each finished with two goals and one assist. Haviland, Beckham and Horvat each totaled seven shots.

Hunter Krenek paced the Hawks with six ground balls. Grey Giesler had a team-high four caused turnovers. Ian Meister won 16 of 22 faceoffs. Zach McGuff and Alex Pfeil combined for nine saves.

Rockhurst, 4-0, next play at Adams State on March 15.
