Toward leads Hawks to 18-4 win at Quincy

Linus Toward scored for eight goals and assisted on three goals to lead Rockhurst to an 18-4 victory over Quincy Saturday in Quincy, Illinois.

The Hawks jumped out to a 11-2 halftime lead behind five goals by Toward. Rockhurst ended the game on a 5-0 run.

"Any time you get a conference win on the road, it's a great win. The guys did their job today," said RU coach Kevin Kelley. The Hawks (8-3, 2-0 GLVC) host William Jewell on Saturday. April 4 at 2 p.m.
