Box Score Tessa Boots scored seven goals to lead the Rockhurst women to an 11-10 victory over Adams State Wednesday night in a Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference game at Bourke Field.
Boots posted three consecutive goals over seven minutes in the first half to give the Hawks a 5-4 lead. Her seventh goal of the game put Rockhurst in front 11-9 with 11:33 left on the clock.
Hannah Weisbrod tied the score at 8-8 with a goal less than two minutes into the second half. Weisbrod finished a team-high three draw controls, three caused turnovers and two ground balls.

Jori Herrmann each scored a goal.
Madeline Gilstrap added an assist. Boots led the Hawks with 11 shots and nine shots on goals. Sophomore goalie
Natalie Washington finished with seven saves. The Hawks outshot Adams State, 25-19.
Rockhurst, 2-6 and 1-4 in the RMAC, will host Midland on Saturday, March 28.
