Box Score A late comeback fell short as the Rockhurst women suffered a 12-11 loss to Colorado State-Pueblo Wednesday in a Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference game in Pueblo, Colo.
The Hawks rallied from a four-goal deficit to pull within 11-10 with 4:35 left in the game. CSU-Pueblo scored with 56 seconds while Rockhurst tallied another goal with 13 seconds left.
Hannah Weisbrod led the Hawks with four goals on nine shots.
Madeline Gilstrap posted a team-high eight points on two goals and six assists.
Tessa Boots added two goals on four shots.
