Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Rockhurst was held to one run on eight hits in dropping two games at Quincy, 7-1 and 5-0, Saturday in Quincy, Ill.

Quincy scored two runs in the fourth inning and four more in the sixth off Rockhurst starter Joe Huber (4-3) in the first game.

David Stober hit his second home run of the season in the fifth for Rockhurst. Josh Dennett and Blake Petersen led Rockhurst with two hits apiece.

In the second game, Quincy shut out the Hawks on two hits. Stu Jeck doubled in the third and Seth Soto singled in the fourth. Josh Tols (4-7) allowed five runs on six hits while striking out six.

The Hawks, 17-29 and 15-18 in the GLVC, close out the regular season with a doubleheader at Quincy on Sunday.
