The Rockhurst Hawks posted a 5-4 victory over Washburn on Thursday in Topeka. Kan.

Rockhurst took a 2-1 lead after the three doubles matches. Freshman Emma Schelble won her No. 1 singles match in straight sets. Jessica Koraleski and Alex Schelble also won their singles matches.

The Hawks (3-3) opens conference action against William Jewell March 26.
