Ryan Porter enters his first season as a graduate assistant with the Hawks. He will work with the infielders as well as manage the position players' weight and conditioning program.

Porter play four seasons for the Hawks from 2009-12 starting 202 games. Through his career, he had a .380 batting average with 72 doubles, eight triples and 37 home runs while collecting 202 runs batted in.

The Kansas City, Mo. native is currently working on his MBA at RU and will graduate in the spring of 2016.
