Aron DeRoy posted 11 kills with a .667 hitting percentage to lead Rockhurst to a 3-0 win over Southwest Baptist Saturday at Mason-Halpin Field House.

The Hawks won the first two sets, 25-21. Rockhurst clinched the match with a 25-19 win in the third set.

Lucas Tran collected 11 kills, five digs and two blocks. Tyler Zippay had a team-leading four service aces. Quentin Huhman tallied a team-high six blocks.

Zippay (18) and Nathan Jacques (14) combined for 32 assists. Ryan Collins notched 11 digs.

The Hawks finished with 35 kills, seven service aces, 10 team blocks, 34 assists and 31 digs.

Rockhurst (12-10, 5-1 GLVC) faces Thomas More on Friday and Saturday in Crestview Hills, Kentucky.
