The Rockhurst men's track and field team finished in 12th place at the GLVC Indoor Championships Sunday in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Harvey Sayon and the distance medley relay team combined to score 11 of the Hawks' 13 team points.

Sayon came in third place in the high jump to score six points. The distance medley relay team of Elijah Thompson, Steven Banks, Noah Britton and Andrew Hartegan scored five points with a fourth-place finish.

Thompson finished eighth in the mile run and Myles Jackson came in eighth in the long jump. Jackson was selected as Rockhurst's GLVC James R. Spalding Sportsmanship individual award honoree.
