The Rockhurst men's soccer team returns to Bourke Field this weekend to take on Illinois Springfield Friday night (7:30) and 23rd-ranked Indianapolis on Sunday afternoon (2:30) on Family and Alumni Weekend.

Rockhurst (3-2-1, 2-0-1 GLVC) is coming off a 2-1 victory over Maryville at home last Sunday. Blake Barrick scored the winning goal on a penalty kick in the second half.

The UIS Prairie Stars (2-3-1, 1-2 GLVC) posted a 5-3 win over Truman State last Sunday.

The Hawks lead the all-time series, 16-7-3, dating back to 1979. Rockhurst and UIS played to a 2-2 tie at Springfield last year.

UIndy (4-1-1, 2-1 GLVC) dropped its first game of the season on Sunday, falling at home to Quincy, 2-1.

Rockhurst leads the all-time series, 14-12-3, since 1999. The Greyhounds have won the last eight meetings, including a 2-1 win over the Hawks in Indianapolis last season.
