Six women receive Academic All-District At-Large awards

Six Rockhurst student-athletes earned a spot on the 2024-25 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Women's At-Large Team.

Page Yehling of the Women's Lacrosse team received her second career CSC Academic All-District honor.

Grace Claney (Women's Golf), Abby Gerstner (Women's Lacrosse), Caroline Giocondo (Women's Golf), Tori Julian (Women's Lacrosse), and Elise Magee (Women's Lacrosse) received their first career CSC Academic All-District honors.

Yehling, a senior midfielder from Fenton, Missouri, led the Hawks with 29 caused turnovers. She also collected 44 ground balls, 35 draw controls and 18 goals while receiving All-GLVC Second Team honors.

Claney, a senior from St. Louis, led the women's golf team with a 79.4 stroke average. She qualified as an individual for the NCAA Midwest Regional. She posted four top 10 finishes and was the medalist at the Sand Creek Intercollegiate.

Gerstner, a junior defender from St. Louis, posted 10 ground balls and 10 caused turnovers. She earned All-GLVC honorable mention accolades.

Giocondo, a senior from Kansas City, Missouri, was second on the women's golf team with a 79.6 scoring average. She collected seven Top 20 finishes.

Julian, a senior defender from Missouri City, Texas, finished with 20 ground balls and nine caused turnovers. She garnered All-GLVC honorable mention honors.

Magee, a junior attacker from Port Moody, British Columbia, led the Hawks with 51 goals and 60 points. She was named to the All-GLVC Second Team.
