Women have four players named Academic All-District

The Rockhurst women's basketball team placed four student-athletes on the 2024-25 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® Men's Basketball Team.

Macie Conway and Rebeca Garica earned their second Academic All-District® honor, while Clare Diener and Chloe Frank are first-year Academic All-District® honorees.

Conway, a junior guard from Nixa, Missouri, averaged 9.3 points and 2.1 rebounds in 23 games.

Garcia, a senior center from Madrid, Spain, ranked 10th in rebounding (7.2 pg) and second in blocks (1.8 pg) in the GLVC, while averaging 9.6 points per game.

Diener, a sophomore redshirt guard from Cedarburg, Wisconsin, averaged 7.2 points and 3.4 rebounds per game in 26 games.

Frank, a junior guard from Garner, Iowa, averaged 7.2 points and 4.0 rebounds per game in 26 games.

The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Women's Basketball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
 
Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced April 16.
