Michael Laudando won his fourth game of the season while striking out 10 in six innings to lead Rockhurst to 16-4 win over Quincy Friday night at Loyola Park.

Laudando also helped his cause at the plate, going 3-for-4 with two RBI. He posted run-scoring singles in the first and fifth innings.

The Hawks scored eight runs on five hits in the first inning. Rockhurst added four runs in the third and three more runs in the fifth.

Drew Cornelison drove in four runs with a three-run home run in the third and an RBI double in the first. Avery Garmon collected two hits and three RBI.

Peyton Clerk had a two-run single in the first. Adonis Forte and Dakota Hanna added two hits apiece to the 13-hit attack.

The Hawks (13-6, 3-2 GLVC) play a doubleheader with Quincy at noon Saturday.
