Rockhurst posts 3-0 win over Southern Nazarene

Maureen Reilly tallied 20 digs and four services aces to lead Rockhurst to a 3-0 victory over Southern Nazarene on the first day of the Drury Invitational Thursday in Springfield, Missouri.

The Hawks won the first two sets, 25-14 and 25-13, while only making three hitting errors. Rockhurst closed out the match with a 25-19 win in the third set.

Tera Reberry led the Hawks with 11 kills and a .417 hitting percentage. Sarah Pyle posted 10 kills and four digs.

Kenzie Hines added nine kills and 13 digs. Sarah Montague and Molly Trachta combined for 35 assists and 18 digs.

Rockhurst finished with 47 kills, 69 digs and nine service aces. The Hawks finished with a .304 hitting percentage.

The Hawks (3-1) face seventh-ranked Southwest Minnesota State and Newman in the Drury Invitational on Friday.
