Hawks induct 62 into 2024 Chi Alpha Sigma class

Rockhurst honored its 2024 Chi Alpha Sigma class on April 30
Rockhurst Athletics inducted 62 new members into the Chi Alpha Sigma National Honor Society on Tuesday, April 30 at the Magis Activity Center (MAC).

This honor society motivates student-athletes who maintain a 3.4 cumulative grade point average to put just as much determination and energy into their studies as they put into their sports. It also allows graduating seniors to be recognized for their accomplishments at the commencement ceremony, similar to other honor societies on campus.

"Being inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society is a tremendous honor. Receiving this recognition is a reflection of the dedication and work ethic of our student-athletes," said Kathy Strecker, Assistant Athletic Director, Senior Woman Administrator and Cross Country Head Coach.

The 12th class at Rockhurst features the 62 graduating seniors:
