Women earn two GLVC postseason awards

Macie Conway ranks 24th in scoring in the GLVC
Rockhurst's Keegan Sullivan and Macie Conway received postseason honors from the Great Lakes Valley Conference, as the league office announced the Women's Basketball postseason awards on Wednesday (March 6).

Sullivan earned a spot on the All-GLVC Second Team for the second year in a row. The senior forward ranks 18th in scoring (13.7 pg), 10th in rebounding (7.6 pg), ninth in blocked shots (1.0 pg), 11th in steals (1.6 pg) and 20th in 3-point field goals made (1.6 pg) in the GLVC. She scored in double figures in 18 games and collected a career-high 37 points at William Jewell on Feb. 17.

Conway was named to the All-GLVC Third Team. The sophomore guard ranks 24th in scoring (12.6 per game), 10th in free throw percentage (81.0) and 19th in 3-point field goals made (1.6 pg) in the GLVC. She scored in double figures in 21 games and scored a career-high of 31 points against Illinois Springfield on Nov. 16.

Junior forward Michele Origliasso was Rockhurst's GLVC James R. Spalding Sportsmanship honoree.
