Men's Soccer nabs four Academic All-District honors

The Rockhurst men's soccer team placed four student-athletes on the 2024 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.

The four student-athletes to earn the distinction are Blake Barrick, Jacopo Belardo, Noah Brende and Cristoforo LiCavoli.

Barrick, a redshirt freshman forward from Overland Park, Kansas, scored 16 points on six goals and four assists in 19 games. He was named to the Freshman of the Year in the GLVC, in addition to being selected to the All-GLVC First Team.

Belardo, a grad student midfielder from Rome, Italy, posted 16 points on six goals and four assists in 19 games. He earned a spot on the All-GLVC First Team and D2CCA All-Region First Team.

Brende, a redshirt junior defender from Leawood, Kansas, scored one goal while playing over 1,400 minutes in 17 starts.

LiCavoli, a grad student forward from St. Louis, Missouri, tallied six points on two goals and two assists in 16 games.
