Rockhurst Men's Basketball fell 91-86 to McKendree in overtime on Monday evening at Mason-Halpin Field House.
The Hawks used a 5-1 run to take a 73-65 lead with 2:40 left in the second half. McKendree answered with an 11-3 run, capped off by a game-tying Joey Niesman three with three seconds left. The game would eventually go to overtime.
After the first 2:24 of overtime saw two lead changes and two ties, McKendree (5-3, 2-0 GLVC) used an 11-6 run over the final 2:36 to secure the win.
Rockhurst had five who scored in double-figures.
Jaylen Wesley led the way with 22 points, nine rebounds and was 10-of-10 from the free-throw line.
Jaden Flournoy recorded 16 points and six rebounds.
Brian Hawthorne tallied 13 points, seven rebounds and five assists.

Nick Arensberg scored 10 points.
Rockhurst shot 40.3 percent (27-of-67) from the field and 24.1 percent (7-for-29) from three. The Hawks also shot 75.8 percent (25-of-33) from the free-throw line.
