Hawks earn No. 5 seed in Midwest Regional

The Hawks are returning to the NCAA Championships for the 17th time
The Rockhurst Hawks received their 17th invitation to the NCAA Division II Women's Volleyball Championships. Fifth-seeded Rockhurst (21-7) will meet fourth-seeded Lewis (22-10) in a first-round match Thursday (December 5) in the Midwest Regional at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan.

The Midwest Regional winner will advance to the Division II national championships, Dec. 12-14, at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

The Hawks are returning to the NCAA Championships for the 10th time since 2014 and the fourth year in a row under head coach Trent Jones. Rockhurst has won three of the past eight NCAA Midwest Regional titles (2015, 2017 and 2019).
