Men's Soccer faces road tests at Lincoln, Missouri S&T

The Hawks' seniors played their last home game on Sunday

The Rockhurst men hope to close out the regular season this weekend on a winning note and earn a berth in the upcoming Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament. The Hawks play at Lincoln Friday night (7:30) and at Missouri S&T on Sunday (2:30 p.m.).

The Hawks (4-8-2, 4-6-2 GLVC) posted a 4-0 victory over Southwest Baptist last Sunday at Bourke Field. The win was the 793rd in program history, which ranks 15th all-time among NCAA schools at all levels.

Lincoln (5-5-4, 3-5-3 GLVC) tied Quincy, 3-3, on the road last Sunday. The Blue Tigers are one point ahead of Rockhurst in the conference standings. The Hawks have not played Lincoln since 2001. Rockhurst has won its three previous meetings with the Blue Tigers.

Missouri S&T (7-5-4, 4-4-4 GLVC) are 1-4-2 in their last seven games. The Miners are two points ahead of Rockhurst in the GVLC standings. The Hawks lead the all-time series, 25-7-1.
