Rockhurst grabs 3-0 win at Upper Iowa

Five players combined for 38 kills to lead Rockhurst to a 3-0 victory over Upper Iowa Friday night in Fayette, Iowa.

The Hawks rallied from an 18-17 deficit to win the first set, 25-22. The Hawks won the second set, 25-21, and the third set, 25-16.

Tera Reberry led the Hawks with 12 kills and a .321 hitting percentage. Sarah Pyle posted seven kills and 11 digs. Chloe Tyrrell tallied seven kills and 8.5 points.

Ali Olson and Alyssa McDonald combined for 12 kills and four blocks. Sarah Montague totaled 20 assists and four digs. Maureen Reilly tallied nine digs and Molly Trachta added 13 assists.

Rockhurst finished with 38 kills, 44 digs and six team blocks. The Hawks (14-5, 5-2 GLVC) play at Truman State Saturday night.
