Rockhurst falls at home to Upper Iowa

Four players combined for 64 points to lead Upper Iowa to an 87-61 victory over Rockhurst Saturday at Mason-Halpin Field House.

Upper Iowa went on a 12-0 run late in the first half to take a 47-30 lead into halftime. The Peacocks outscored the Hawks 40-31 in the second half.

Miles White led the Hawks with 14 points on six-of-nine shooting. Nico Felici scored 13 points on four-of-eight shooting.

Nick Arensberg tallied nine points. Jake Auer and Brian Hawthorne combined for 14 points and nine rebounds.

Rockhurst shot 33.8 percent from the field (22-of-65) and made 10-of-13 free throws (76.9 percent). Upper Iowa shot 54.1 percent from the field (33 of 61).

Noah King led Upper Iowa (13-5, 8-2 GLVC) with 21 points.
