UMSL ends Hawks' winning streak

The Rockhurst women's volleyball team season saw their winning streak end at six in a row Saturday at Missouri-St. Louis.

The Hawks lost in straight sets (25-16, 25-18, 25-16) to UMSL. Rockhurst posted a .141 hitting percentage, while the Tritons hit .340.

Lexi Theis led the Hawks with eight kills. Sarah Pyle and Sydney Raszler posted seven and six kills.

Maureen Reilly and Pyle posted 11 and 10 digs. Molly Trachta and Sarah Montague combined for 25 assists.

Rockhurst (10-2, 1-1 GLVC) returns home to play Indianapolis on Friday.
