Rockhurst rallies for 3-2 win over UIndy

The Rockhurst women's volleyball team rallied to defeat Indianapolis, 3-2, Friday night at Mason-Halpin Field House.

The 23rd-ranked Hawks won the first set, 25-22, closing the set with a 10-3 run. UIndy won the next two sets, 25-23 and 25-22. The Hawks rebounded to win the fourth set, 25-20, and captured the fifth set, 15-7.

Tera Reberry led the Hawks with 19 kills and five blocks. Lexi Theis posted 13 kills. Sarah Pyle collected 11 kills and 20 digs. Sydney Raszler added 11 kills and eight blocks.

Maureen Reilly posted a team-high 29 digs and nine assists. Sarah Montague finished with 37 assists and 16 digs. Molly Trachta added 21 assists and nine digs.

Rockhurst (11-2, 2-1 GLVC) hosts 19th-ranked Lewis Saturday afternoon.
