Hawks return home to host Arkansas Tech

The Hawks bring a 6-1 record into Friday's home match.

Women's Volleyball returns home Friday night for a 6 p.m. match against the Arkansas Tech Golden Suns.

The Hawks (6-1) posted two wins at the Hyatt Place Bash at the Beach in south Florida last weekend. Sophomore outside hitter Sarah Pyle leads the team in kills per set (3.04). Senior libero Maureen Reilly ranks second in the Great Lakes Valley Conference with 5.11 digs per set.

Arkansas Tech (1-7) is coming off a 3-0 victory over Arkansas-Monticello on Tuesday. Freshman outside hitter Savannah Meyer leads the Golden Suns with 2.94 kills per set.

Rockhurst travels north of downtown on Saturday to play a non-conference match at William Jewell at 11 a.m. Saturday. The Cardinals (4-4) posted three wins at the Washburn Invitational last weekend. Junior outside hitter Bella LaPorta ranks second in the GLVC in kills per set (4.57).
