Women earn five Academic All-District At-Large awards

Five Hawks earned Academic All-District At-Large honors.

Five Rockhurst student-athletes earned a place on the 2023 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Women's At-Large Team.

Christine Corbin (Women's Lacrosse), Logan Derosia (Women's Lacrosse), Dani Mabry (Women's Lacrosse), Emma Mullendore (Women's Golf) and Sydney Shindler (Women's Lacrosse) received their first career Academic All-District At-Large honors.

Corbin, a senior attacker/draw specialist from Naperville, Illinois, collected 64 draw controls, 10 ground balls and nine caused turnovers. Derosia, a graduate student attacker from Highlands Ranch, Colorado, scored a team-high 56 points on 45 goals and 11 assists. Mabry, a senior attacker from Chesterfield, Missouri, tallied 46 points on 27 goals and 19 assists. Shindler, a senior goalie from League City, Texas, posted a 9-6 record and 102 saves.

Mullendore, a senior from Omaha, Nebraska, led the Hawks with a 79.71 stroke average over 24 rounds.
