Reilly leads Hawks to 3-1 win at Springfield

Maureen Reilly posted 28 digs to lead the Rockhurst women's volleyball team to a 3-1 victory over Illinois Springfield Saturday in Springfield.

The 24th-ranked Hawks rebounded after dropping the first set to win the next three sets: 25-15, 25-11 and 25-21.

Ali Olson led the Hawks with 15 kills and a .483 hitting percentage. Madison McClain collected 13 kills. Tera Reberry added nine kills.

Sarah Montague had a team-high 30 assists and 12 digs. Sarah Pyle and Gracey Janes combined for 20 digs. Logan Gronewold and Sydney McDonald each had five blocks.

Rockhurst (19-5, 7-3 GLVC) returns home to play Drury at 6 p.m. Friday.
