Hawks move into the national rankings at No. 17

The Hawks are ranked 17th in this week's Division II Top 25 Poll.
The Rockhurst men's soccer team is back in the national rankings for the first time in four years as the Hawks are ranked No. 17 in the latest United Soccer Coaches Division II National Poll that was released on Tuesday, Sept. 27.
 
The Hawks are unbeaten after seven games with a 4-0-3 record. Rockhurst has posted five shutouts while outscoring its opponents, 15-2. Freshman forward Kaden Cripe leads the team with four goals and nine points. Transfer keeper Andrea Dorella leads the GLVC with a 0.29 goals against average.
 
Davis & Elkins moved into the No. 1 spot in the latest rankings while Franklin Pierce remained at No. 2. Midwestern State, Cal State-Dominguez Hills and Saginaw Valley State round out the top five in the Top 25 poll.

Rockhurst is back in action on Friday at 7:30 p.m. when it hosts Missouri-St. Louis in a key conference matchup at Bourke Field.
