Women post 4-3 victory over Quincy

The Rockhurst women's tennis team rallied to post a 4-3 victory over Quincy in a Great Lakes Valley Conference match Friday at the Plaza Tennis Center.

Quincy grabbed an early point in doubles play with wins in No. 1 and 2 doubles. Rockhurst proceeded to win four of the six singles matches.

Martyna Jankowska and Andrea Dabbah both won in three sets in No. 2 and 5 singles. Dani Lentisco and Chloe Trimpe were two-set winners in No. 3 and 6 singles. 

Dabbah and Kaleigh Isgett captured No. 3 doubles by a 6-3 score. Quincy won No. 1 doubles, 6-3, and No. 2 doubles, 7-6.

The RU women (7-8, 2-2 GLVC) host Truman State on Saturday, April 16.
