Hawks post 6-1 win over Truman State

The Rockhurst women's tennis team rolled to a 6-1 victory over Truman State in a Great Lakes Valley Conference match Saturday at the Plaza Tennis Center.

Rockhurst swept the three doubles matches while only losing one game. Valentine Limauge and Martyna Jankowska won No. 1 doubles, 6-1. Dani Lentisco and Chloe Trimpe were 6-0 winners in No. 2 doubles. Andrea Dabbah and Kaleigh Isgett captured No. 3 doubles by a 6-0 score.

Jankowska, Lentisco, Dina Dudic, Dabbah and Trimpe won their singles matches in straight sets. Limauge fell in a third set tie-breaker in No. 1 singles.

The RU women (8-8, 3-2 GLVC) play at Wiliam Woods on Tuesday, April 19.
