Mullendore leads RU women to team title

The Rockhurst women won the team title at the RU Spring Invitational.

Emma Mullendore finished first individually to lead the Rockhurst women to a first-place finish at the Rockhurst Spring Invitational Tuesday at the Swope Memorial Golf Course in Kansas City, Missouri.

Mullendore shot an 80 in the second round to finish with a 36-hole score of 159. The Hawks shot a 349 in the second round for a final team score of 699.

Caroline Setter came in fourth place with a 164 score (87-87). Jayden Berrey finished seventh at 181 and Grace Claney placed 10th at 186, followed by Sarah Biscan (11th, 187) and Greta Hinds (12th, 188).
