Rockhurst sweeps William Jewell

The Rockhurst women's tennis team posted a 7-0 victory over William Jewell Sunday at the Plaza Tennis Center.
 
Sofia Valdespino, Martyna Jankowska, Maria Baez Chacon, Dani Lentisco, Andrea Dabbah and Dina Dudic all won their singles matches in straight sets.

Lentisco and Jankowska teamed up to capture No. 1 doubles by a 6-1 score. Dudic and Morgan Marshall won No. 3 doubles, 7-6.

The Hawks (2-0) open the spring season on Feb. 4 at home against McPherson College.
