Hawks rally for 3-2 victory over Prairie Stars

The Rockhurst Hawks won the last two sets to rally for a 3-2 victory over the Illinois Springfield Prairie Stars (25-21, 19-25, 24-26, 25-16, 15-9) Saturday at RU's Mason-Halpin Field House.

Morgan Conner led the 22nd-ranked Hawks with 20 kills and 10 blocks with a .600 hitting percentage. Justice Wingate finished with 16 kills and six blocks.

Averi Vomastic posted a double-double with 14 kills and 12 digs. Tera Reberry collected seven kills, nine digs and nine blocks. Gabbie Inman and Sarah Montague combined for 53 assists and 12 digs. Sophia Moes added 12 digs.
