Hawks suffer 3-0 loss at No. 6 Indianapolis

The Indianapolis Greyhounds scored two goals in the first half in posting a 3-0 victory over the Rockhurst Hawks Friday night in Indianapolis.

The sixth-ranked Greyhounds took a 1-0 lead in the 13th minute and added their second goal with 2:21 left in the first half.

Indianapolis scored its third goal with a two-man advantage in the 76th minute. The Greyhounds finished with 26 shots and nine shots on goal.

The Hawks posted five shots and one shot on goal. Alessandro Macchioni led Rockhurst with two shots. Fabio D'Errico and Peter Baker combined for six saves.

The Hawks, 1-5-3, play at Lewis Sunday afternoon.
