Quincy posts 5-1 win over Rockhurst

Five different players scored goals to lead Quincy to a 5-1 victory over Rockhurst in men's soccer Friday night in Quincy, Illinois.

Quincy (6-6-2, 4-5-2 GLVC) scored two goals in the first half in the 15th minute and 41st minute. Quincy added three goals in the second half with the final goal coming on a penalty kick in the 74th minute.

Tomasso Tirabassi scored Rockhurst's goal on a 40-yard free kick with one second left in the game.

Rockhurst finished with 18 shots and two shots on goal. Tirabassi led the Hawks with six shots. Jordan Andrews collected four shots, Chase Klusman had three shots and Jacopo Belardo added two shots.

Senior goalkeeper Nick Randazzo posted three saves, one in the first half and two in the second half.

Rockhurst (4-10-1, 3-7-1 GLVC) plays at Illinois Springfield on Sunday.
