Men return to the road for the final time

The Hawks play their final two road games this weekend.
The final road swing of the regular season awaits the Rockhurst men's soccer team as the Hawks play road games at Quincy (Friday at 7:30 p.m.) and Illinois Springfield (Sunday at 2:30 p.m.).

The Hawks (4-9-1, 3-6-1 GLVC) are looking for their first win since posting a 4-0 win at Missouri S&T on Sept. 26.

Quincy (5-6-2, 3-5-2 GLVC) won its first game in three weeks last Sunday, defeating Truman State 2-1 on the road.

Rockhurst has won five of its last seven games with Quincy and holds a 7-6-2 lead in the series since 2010.

Illinois Springfield (8-3-1, 7-1-1 GLVC) is 3-0-1 in its last four games. The Prairie Stars shut out William Jewell, 4-0, and Truman State, 1-0, on the road last weekend.

Rockhurst has won 10 of its last 13 meetings with Springfield and holds a 16-5-1 lead in the all-time series.

Live stats and live video will be available for both games. Check the Rockhurst web site for the game links.
