Hawks extend scoreless streak in 0-0 tie with UMSL

Senior goalkeeper Fabio D'Errico posted his fourth consecutive shutout as Rockhurst ended 110 minutes of soccer with a 0-0 tie against Missouri-St. Louis Friday night at Bourke Field.

D'Errico turned back three shots in the first half and three more in the final 22 minutes of the second half to finish with six saves. The senior goalkeeper has not allowed a goal in his last 395 minutes.

Rockhurst finished with 11 shots and three shots on goal. Tomasso Tirabassi, Elluan Martins Gomes and Parker Esparza each had two shots to lead the Hawks. Both of Tirabassi's shots were stopped by UMSL keeper Austin Reis in the first 14 minutes of the first half.

The Hawks (4-4-1, 3-1-1 GLVC) host Lindenwood on Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
