Women finish 13th at Midwest Classic

Caroline Setter tied for 25th place with a 159.

The Rockhurst women's golf team finished in 13th place at the Midwest Classic Tuesday at the Mules National Golf Club in Warrensburg, Missouri.

The Hawks shot a 327 team score in the second round after opening with a 330 in Monday's first round to finish with a 657. Host Central Missouri won the team title with a 593 team score.

Caroline Setter and Emma Mullendore tied for 25th place to lead the Hawks at 159. Setter shot a 76 in the second round and 83 in the first round. Mullendore fired an 77 in the second round and 82 in the first round.

Grace Claney tied for 56th with a 165. Jayden Berrey and Amelia Marino tied for 77th at 174. Sarah Biscan tied for 88th at 178.
