Ronshausen, Pendley earn All-GLVC honors

Madeline Ronshausen finished her career as the fifth leading scorer in school history with 1,599 points.
Rockhurst's Madeline Ronshausen and Paige Pendley received postseason honors from the Great Lakes Valley Conference for the 2019-20 women's basketball season, as announced by the league office Wednesday.

Ronshausen was named to the All-GLVC Second Team. The senior guard finished her career as the fifth leading scorer in school history with 1,599 points. She ranks fifth in scoring (18.4 per game), second in three-point field goals made (2.9 pg), seventh in three-point field goal percentage (41.4) and 14th in free throw percentage (81.3). Ronshausen was named the GLVC Player of the Week in December after scoring 21 points in a 76-60 win over Avila.

Pendley earned a spot on the GLVC's All-Freshmen Team. She finished second on the team with an 11.0 scoring average, which ranks 29th in the GLVC. Pendley averaged 12.6 points per game in conference games and scored a career-best 30 points at Missouri-St. Louis on Feb. 22.

The league also recognized Quincy as its GLVC Women's Basketball James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Team Award recipient, as well as 16 student-athletes who have distinguished themselves through sportsmanship and ethical behavior. Maddy Grennes is the nominee from Rockhurst.
