The Rockhurst men's tennis team collected a 7-0 victory over the Baker Wildcats on Friday in Baldwin City, Kansas.
The Hawks swept the three doubles while only dropping four games. Masao Perret, Nicolas Leon, Santiago Rodriguez Villegas, Martijn Eleveld, Ryan Moody and Alex Bernadas were victorious in singles play.
Rockhurst fell at home to 23rd-ranked Drury, 6-1, on Saturday. Moody captured his No. 6 singles match over Drury.
On Sunday, 45th-ranked Washburn defeated the Hawks, 4-3. Tarass Thevenaz won his No. 1 singles match in two sets. Thevenaz and Eleveld were winners in No. 1 doubles, 6-2. Rodriguez Villegas and Leon won their No. 2 doubles match, 6-3.
The Hawks (11-9, 3-1 GLVC) close out the regular with home matches Maryville (Friday) and Missouri-St. Louis (Saturday).
