Unbeaten Hawks post 2-0 victory at UMSL

Kaleb Jackson tallied three points on a goal and an assist.

Box Score Fifth-ranked Rockhurst remained unbeaten on the season after posting a 2-0 victory over Missouri-St. Louis Sunday in St. Louis.

Umoh Ufot gave the Hawks a 1-0 lead with a goal in the 56th minute. The junior forward scored his fifth goal of the season with an assist from Kaleb Jackson.

Jackson tallied his sixth goal of the season in the 84th minute after stealing the ball from the Tritons.

Rockhurst outshot the Tritons, 15-5. Jackson and Ufot led the Hawks with three shots apiece. Adam Michel and Connor Mullen both had two shots. Senior goalkeeper Logan Feldmann made two saves.

The Hawks, 9-0-2 and first in the GLVC at 8-0-1, return home to host McKendree Friday night.
